Created for CALEB's Economic Mobility, Criminal Justice, and Education Task Forces. CALEB is a Chattanooga 501(c)3 nonprofit coalition of labor, faith, and activist leaders, and are probably most well-known for their work with the Chattanooga Bail Fund.
